Based on decades of research on top leaders across the globe, the report provides a comprehensive understanding of an individual's strengths, potential, and needs.
Training & Strength coaching
Report in hand, we explore the leader’s natural talents and how to leverage them effectively. This is embeded in the custom training programs we build, which vary according to leader’s seniority level.
Audit and exploration
During the audit phase, we assess the organization’s leadership needs by conducting stakeholder interviews, leadership surveys, and reviewing existing programs. We analyze global and regional leadership dynamics, aligning the findings with the company's business strategy and cultural environment. The audit includes mapping out essential leadership competencies for different levels. Finally, we deliver a detailed report that highlights key insights and recommendations, laying the foundation for a tailored leadership development program.
